Paragraph 3.7 has been amended as follows:

3.7 Seven representations have been received from Local Councillors, a Brighton MP, the Licensing Authority, Environmental Protection, Immigration and Planning on the grounds of the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and protection of children from harm supporting the application submitted by Sussex Police.
